📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met and that the branch is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Identify and implement opportunities for business growth and improvement.,Ensure that the branch is well-stocked and that all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.,Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours when required.
