- Support the Principal in developing and implementing strategic plans for the school.
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with educational standards.
- Manage staff and resources to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor student performance and provide support for academic excellence.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proven track record of improving student performance and school operations.
- Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, and learning management systems.
- Certification in educational leadership (e.g., National Educational Leadership Certification, NELC) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
