📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and create visually appealing graphics, including logos, banners, and social media posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage and grow our audience on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to optimize content and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication with our audience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Content Creator, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
