• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning, ensuring all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Follow a strict cleaning schedule to ensure all rooms are ready for new guests.
• Maintain and restock linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Assist with special requests and events, such as weddings and conferences, to ensure they run smoothly.
• Uphold the resort's high standards of hospitality and professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new cleaning techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with using cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and floor buffers.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
