Agung Elsa Bakery is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and screening candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
