Bidang Vera Shop is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and documents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of HR-related events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
