Inventory Auditor (Bali - Full Time)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular physical and cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports, including stock levels, turnover rates, and cost of goods sold.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper journal entries and financial reporting.
• Work with the operations team to implement and maintain inventory management systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing support and documentation as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and auditing.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members in inventory management and auditing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory auditing or a similar role.
• Proficient in using inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
