📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training goals are met.,Assist in the development of learning and development strategies.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other learning management systems.,Familiarity with learning theories and instructional design principles.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
