📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor retail sales teams to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless retail operations.,Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
