📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage the budgeting process, including the preparation and review of annual and quarterly budgets.
  • Ensure the proper recording and tracking of all financial transactions and expenses.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
