📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
  • Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
