Go Market Ekspansindo is looking for an enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.,Assist in stocking and organizing products on the shelves.,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.,Assist in preparing and organizing promotional displays.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry light to moderate amounts of weight.,Must be able to work remote with minimal supervision.
