(Remote) Recruitment Specialist

Pusat Citra Spareparts is seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we find the right candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
