📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure high sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Promote and maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.,Conduct regular sales audits and provide feedback to the store manager.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving sales performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and sales software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
