📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of department heads to ensure departmental objectives are met.,Oversee departmental operations, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a retail or business environment.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
