📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the spare parts inventory using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with service centers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and service providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct regular audits of spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies for spare parts.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of aftersales service plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
