📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop front-of-house staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering a positive work environment.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain efficient food preparation and service.,Participate in inventory management and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock levels.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
