📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Promote the company's products and services to increase market share.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan.
