Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring financial sustainability.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Represent the department in company meetings and events, advocating for departmental needs and interests.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant knowledge into departmental operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
