PRISM is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our vehicle fleet efficiently. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize costs.,Oversee the cleanliness and condition of all vehicles in the fleet.,Handle vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles when needed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
