As a Distribution Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products to customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities, including delivery schedules, customer feedback, and inventory levels.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.,Identify and address any issues or challenges in the distribution process, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.,Conduct regular reviews of the distribution process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in the distribution process.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.,Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
