Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our team.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and networking events.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
