PT Inti Tirta is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home and in the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees, focusing on skill development and knowledge enhancement.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training personnel as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
