As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, making it an ideal role for those seeking a balance between work and personal life.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages when necessary.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.,Participate in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of food and equipment.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
