📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the operations of the regional office, including project management, team leadership, and budget control.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve market presence and customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of Area Managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the timely and effective execution of projects, adhering to quality standards and budget constraints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or property development industry.
• Proven track record of success in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
