📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading audit teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Conducting audits to identify areas for improvement and risk management.
  • Providing strategic advice to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.
  • Monitoring and evaluating audit results to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Providing training and guidance to junior auditors.
  • Collaborating with senior management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensuring all audits are conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to travel for audit purposes.
