📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various building projects.
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Contribute to the development of project documentation and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong background in designing and coordinating building systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, as well as other relevant software and tools.
Familiarity with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Valid professional engineering license or certification, preferably from the relevant engineering board.
