As a Professional Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment,Clean and sanitize coffee equipment and work areas,Stock and manage coffee supplies and inventory,Assist in training and mentoring new baristas,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience,Participate in coffee tastings and quality control activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Basic understanding of coffee beans and their characteristics,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg),Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling,Valid ID and work permit for Bali
