PT Permata Media Pratama is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the cost of construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting cost analysis and preparing cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure adherence to budget.,Preparing and maintaining cost schedules, bills of quantities, and cost reports.,Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing cost advice and recommendations to project managers and other stakeholders.,Conducting site inspections and audits to monitor project progress and costs.,Preparing tender documents and evaluating tender submissions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of cost management principles and practices.,Proficiency in using cost estimation software and other relevant tools.,Good understanding of construction processes and materials.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
