The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Creating and maintaining job descriptions and job specifications.,Sourcing and screening potential candidates for job openings.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.,Maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employers.,Providing feedback to hiring managers on the quality of candidates.,Assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
