📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather information and feedback.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
