📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various hotel positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified applicant pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
