📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Provide support and guidance to the fleet team.,Conduct regular audits and inspections of the fleet.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Understanding of Indonesian regulations and laws related to fleet operations.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
