📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth and effective execution.,Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Handle employee recruitment, training, and development.,Manage and resolve employee issues and conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience in a similar industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
