📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining and updating financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable.
• Support the accounting team in data entry and verification of financial documents.
• Participate in monthly closing processes and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial statements.
• Support the accounting team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks or Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to build a career in accounting.
• Ability to work part-time hours, typically 15-20 hours per week.
