📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage contracts and service levels.
• Implement and maintain facility management software, such as SAP Facilities Management and IBM Maximo.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and supervise facility staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Manage and maintain property records and documentation.
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a related role.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, including SAP Facilities Management and IBM Maximo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
