📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various building projects.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of project documentation and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a strong background in designing and coordinating building systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, as well as other relevant software and tools.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
