📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize logistics and supply chain processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain strong supplier relationships

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices
• Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies
• Proficiency in using logistics management software such as SAP, JDA, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
