📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in managing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the Operations team to monitor and optimize logistics processes.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with third-party carriers and service providers to ensure seamless transportation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Operations Manager on the status of logistics operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
