📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee compliance with Indonesian and international mining regulations, including the Mining Law of the Republic of Indonesia (UU No. 4/2009) and the Environmental Management Law (UU No. 32/1999).
• Manage and review contracts related to coal mining operations, ensuring they are legally binding and beneficial for the company.
• Conduct legal audits and risk assessments to identify potential legal issues and mitigate risks.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to the mining team, including advice on operational decisions and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and external legal advisors to ensure all legal matters are handled effectively.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff on compliance issues and legal requirements.
• Handle regulatory filings and ensure all mining activities are in compliance with environmental and social responsibility standards.
• Monitor and report on legal and regulatory developments that may impact mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a strong background in mining law and regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal roles within the mining industry, with a focus on compliance and contract management.
