📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages using our espresso machine and other brewing equipment.
- Ensure that our coffee shop maintains a clean and organized workspace.
- Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide exceptional service.
- Work closely with the team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
- Proficient in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
