As a CSR - Healthcare Supply Management, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and requests from our partners, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will also manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and requests from healthcare supply partners, providing prompt and professional customer service.
• Manage and update inventory records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on supply chain performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or supply chain management in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
